Stirring tank, which can also be called ore mixer,bumine mixing bucket or mineral mixing barrel, is made of stainless steel material and equipped with mobile washer, which is conducive to material feeding. The stirring main shaft can adopt fixed rotating speed or frequency control of motor speed according to the requirement of the users, and this mixing barrel has even mixing, no precipitation and buildup and can realize the even mixing of the pulp.
The ore mixer is suitable for various types of metal ores, and it is mainly used for the material stirring before the flotation separation to fully mix the reagent and ore pulp and also for the material stirring of other non-metallic minerals.

1. Compact structure and reliably sealing. Besides, there is an ash damper installed at the mouth of discharging gate, which can prevent water and flog to enter in.

Principle Of Mineral Mixing Barrel
The electric V-belt transmission drives the impeller to rotate to fully mix the reagent and the ore pulp, increase the reaction time of the reagent and strengthen the quality of the reagent reaction. This machine is suitable to be used in ore beneficiation industry and also for stirring the ingredients in all various industries. When the machine works, under the rotation of the impeller, the ore pulp and the reagents will have big and small circulation, and they will be evenly mixed, and the mixed suspension liquid will be discharged from the overflow port.
