1. Texture and shape of plate hammer

2. Fixation method of plate hammer

(1) Bolt fixation: Plate hammer is vertically inserted from the side of the rotor into the relevant slot, to avoid axial float, the two ends adopt pressing plate for orientation. Without fixing bolt, the working reliability of plate hammers is improved.

(2) Pressing plate fixation: Plate hammer is inserted into the groove from the side, and the two ends adopt pressing plate for fixation, but this fixation method cannot guarantee fastness of plate hammer.

(3) Wedge fixation: Insert the wedge into the relent slot between plate hammer and rotor to fasten it. This fixation method makes the plate hammer have reliable working condition and convenient dismantle and change.

3. Maintenance of plate hammer

(1) When plate hammer of impact pulverizer is abrade to some degree, adjust or change it to avoid abrasion of fastener and other parts.

(2) In the using process, regularly check the lubrication condition of the plate hammer to reduce its abrasion.
