As for different types of cement mills, we use proper driving method and the main driving methods include edge driving and center driving. Inside the cylinder, there are new type classification lining board and standard ladder lining board, which increases the grinding surface of the materials, and the classification effect is better and the follow-up maintenance and spare parts changing are easier. The new partition structure uses adjustable lifting board and fixed lifting board which are easy to install and maintain.
Materials evenly go from the feeder machine into the first cabin of the powder grinding mill through the feeder hollow shaft spiral, and inside the first cabin, there are ladder-shaped lining boards or ripple-shaped lining boards with steels balls of different specifications in them. The rotation of the cylinder will produce centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain height, and then the steel balls will fall down, which will have impact and grinding effect on the materials. After being coarsely ground in the first cabin, the materials will go into the second cabin through the single-deck partition board, and inside the second cabin there are slat lining boards inside which there are steel balls used for further grinding the materials. Finally the powdery materials will discharged through the discharging grating bar to complete the powder grinding process.
