Vibrating screen also called sieve shaker machine,can be divided into two types: linear vibrating screen and circular vibrating screen.

Circular vibrating screen is a new type of highly efficient vibrating screen with high efficiency and the materials in it move in a circular motion. This machine is mainly used for product classification in such industrial departments as coal, metallurgy and mine.

Linear vibrating screen has many advantages such as stable and reliable working condition, low energy consumption, low noise, long service life, stable vibration and high screening efficiency.

The circular vibrating screen or round vibrating screen does circular movement in work, and it is a new high efficiency vibrating screen machine with multiple layers. It adopts drum eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. The circular vibrating screen is widely used for product grading in the industries of mining, building material, transportation, energy and chemical industry because of its features such as long screening line, various specifications, reliable structure, high efficiency, little noise, firmness, easy maintenance and safe operation.

Principle Of Linear Vibrating Screen

When ZSG series linear vibrating screen works, the two electrical machines run synchronously in opposite direction to make the exciter produce reverse exciting force which forces the screen to drive the screen net to move vertically, and the materials on the vibrating screen will be periodically thrown and cast forward, thus completing the material screening process. 

Principle Of Circular Vibrating Screen

The eccentric block of the exciter is driven by the motor through the V-belt to spin at high speed. The spinning eccentric block produces large centrifugal force which forces the screen box to do circular motion at certain amplitude. Materials on the inclined screen receive the impulse from the screen box and make continuous throwing movement. When materials meet the screen surface during the above movement, those particles with smaller size than the screen mesh will pass through the screen, thus finishing the classification process.
