1）Ask the operator to understand the running status of the equipment, which includes whether the hydraulic system is working properly; whether the hydraulic pump has the abnormal phenomenon; the cleaning degree and the results of the hydraulic oil detection; filter cleaning and replacement; whether the hydraulic elements are adjusted before the occurring of the problems; whether the sealing elements have been changed; the abnormal phenomena of the hydraulic system; the past fault of the system and how to exclude, all the problems mentioned above are needed to be understood one by one.

2）Check the actual situation of hydraulic system. Observe the system pressure, velocity, fluid, leakage and vibration problems.

3）Listen to the voice of the hydraulic system, such as the impacting noise, the abnormal sound of the pump to determine whether the hydraulic system is working normally.

4）Determine whether the working conditions of the moving parts according to the degree of tightness, vibration, rising temperature and the reptiles of joint connection. In a word, the simple diagnosis method is a kind of simple analysis to diagnose and remove the fault, which is extensively practical.
